The rooms are clean with comfortable beds. It has convenient and magnificent location close to the Ferry terminals, in a safe area.

Recommend this place and would stay here again. The setting of hotel was excellent, close to the Ferry terminals. Moreover, it's just next door to motorways travelling across France to the Channel, and a large retail/ leisure park with multiple food outlets and cinema.

Fairly clean, good budget hotel with amiable staff. A vending machine and coffee in the room, excellent and super location. Good facilities there.

The guest room at Premiere Classe Lille Ouest - Lomme is cozy and welcoming, with a TV to keep you entertained and a desk for work. It feels like a home away from home.

The only downside for me was that the cable channels didn't have many options for my taste. But hey, everyone has different preferences!

The room is very very small.

We got to watch a super cool contemporary dance show and it was so epic! Plus, this place is like a party central with combats between knights happening sometimes. We even got to take part in workshops about mind-blowing scientific discoveries. And guess what? There were like 110 animal species in themed zones along a green trail! So rad!

Wish there were more wild, crazy parties happening for us young, party-going peeps. We needed more fun and excitement at night to keep the party going!

Unhelpful staff. Locked out of car park late evening and never told how to gain access -- code needed but we were not told or given this.

We stayed in a double room with central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk. We got a bathtub too.

The Vieille Bourse is stunning, the Château de Robersart is a cool place to relax, the Zénith de Lille is a great venue, and the Grand'Place is a nice spot for coffee. The zoo is dedicated to conservation and Les Tables d'Euralille has diverse dining options. Lille Grand Palais can accommodate huge events and the soirées allow you to mingle with artists.

Smokers need a lesson on disposing of their cigarette butts. It's like a mini obstacle course outside the hotel.

Was very difficult to find, noisy and with bare essentials in room. served its purpose for a one night stay but so does the YMCA.

My meal in the Campanile restaurant was very good

We were in a marvellous location not too far away from Urbain Natural Park.
